Iron X is a highly effective, acid-free and pH balanced (6-7pH) vehicle cleaner. Safe for use on paintwork and wheels including aluminium /Chrome and anodized this formulation will not deteriorate clear coats and effectively puts a stop to corrosion.
Iron X contains unique chemical ingredients that following application effectively dissolve the sintered iron contaminant by forming a water soluble iron complex that can be simply washed off.

The Iron X Decontamination System was developed as a method of removing paint contamination beyond that achievable by washing or claying which only remove surface contaminants. Iron X works harder to remove contaminants found below the surface.
Airborne chemical compounds and ferrous particles - particles containing iron - actually penetrate the paint and create corrosive compounds that eat deep into the paint's sub-layers or paint’s pin-holes. This is a gradual process that often is not evident until it's too late. Claying or polishing only removes the particle, not its effects, which are continuing to spread beneath the surface.
During the use of your vehicle, brake dust and road grime become sintered to the surface of the car paint, rims and wheels due to the high operational temperatures.
Brake dust contains high levels of iron and once sintered to the rim, becomes extremely difficult to dissolve or remove without the use of harsh chemicals.
IronX opens up the paint's pores to release ferrous particles and to neutralize caustic compounds that have developed in the paint's subsurface. Ongoing damage is immediately stopped and future damage is prevented by removing the ferrous particles.
IronX sprays on as a thick, transparent liquid. As the cleansing liquid begins to work into the dirt and grime, the formula begins to turn purple/ red. This purple/red colouration demonstrates the IronX Cleaner forming a bond to the sintered iron on the surface and chemically changing its state to a water soluble complex for easy removal. Stubborn, baked on grime may take a small amount of agitation. Rinse surface thoroughly with a power washer and wipe dry.
How to Use
It is estimated that thorough cleansing of a complete car will use between 100-150ml with a shelf life of 1 year if kept closed in a cool, dry place.

How to Use
- Firstly wash and dry the vehicle.
- Apply IronX in cool conditions and do not allow to dry in direct sunlight.
- Shake IronX well and then spray on the surface, agitating with damp sponge or brush and allow to dwell for approximately 5 minutes.
- Wipe off IronX with damp soft sponge rinsing well either by hand or Pressure Washer.
- The Vehicle is now ready for Clay Bar decontamination.

Precautions
- Ensure to test the product in an inconspicuous place prior to general application to ensure complete compatibility with your vehicle. Do not apply in direct sunlight or to hot surfaces. IronX is safe to use on 3M protection films, Chrome trims and panels.
- Unpainted plastic parts and rubber can be sprayed – please ensure to rinse well.
- IronX will affect previously applied Wax layers by 50% however will not affect synthetic sealants.
- Avoid, where practical, spraying on brake callipers as IronX might affect after market acrylic surfaces.
- If swallowed, do not induce vomiting, immediately rinse your mouth and seek prompt medical attention.
- Avoid eye and skin contact working in an adequately ventilated space at all times; the use of gloves and face mask are recommended.
- Keep out of the reach of Children.
